We need your ideas for making the details of the program.

1. Keynote / plenary speeches: Speakers are already decided.

2. Workshops:

There are 6 rooms for workshops in the meeting place.

We will use 1 room as an office of student congress, so 5×4=20 workshops can be organized.

Since last announcement, about 10 applications have come.

So there are still about 10 vacancies for workshops.

If you or your group would like to organize workshops, please let us know.

3. Cultural Party:

On 22nd evening, we are planning a cultural party.

The contents are not decided yet. We need your ideas.

If you would like to do some performance or have some idea to make it interesting and funny, please let us know.

4. Chairperson of each session:

We also need the chairperson for each session.

But the detail of it (number, order, how to decide it..) is not decided yet.

I will inform the details later.
